Russell Vale are happy to announce that the 7’s Cup is returning to Cawley Park on Saturday March 11th 2023.

Mar’s Brewing Supplies are again on board with their tap beer selections using all the ingredients and knowledge from their local Woonona brewing supplies store. Vale legend Phil Butler will also have some brew selections on tap.

Chicken Van Man will be the local food truck available on the day. Lots of great prizes including great merch generously donated by Coopers, Balter, Stone n Wood, Pirate Life and Young Henry’s.

This year will see Northern suburbs clubs Gibson Park Rangers, Woonona, Russell Vale, Bellambi, Bulli and Woonona Bappo’s (Church league) come together for a great social day of football, good food, and good times. We encourage teams to bring their friends and families along.
